All products are my own creations from different parts of silverware. From time to time, items may be made using genuine beading.
I will not tolerate spam, foul language or bullying of any kind
I have the right to disable user accounts if I find they are unlawfully using my website for their financial gain.
Please allow 7-14 days for completion of items
I ship through Canada Post and shipping may take up to 7days to reach the destination.
I cannot promise that all items are allergy free but I do try my best to research the metals involved in each piece.

Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund policy:

Terms of return: Items that are NOT personalized may be returned within 45 days from date of purchase
State of return: must be in fairly good condition and NOT PERSONALIZED
Reason for return: must be included in the return
Process for return: A shipping label will be sent to you via Canada Post with instructions for returning
Process of refund: terms of refund, duration, payment details
